About the Role
The Lead Art Psychotherapist will develop art therapy services for children and young people referred to the Paediatric Liaison Team. This role focuses on providing specialist assessments and interventions, particularly for those who struggle with traditional talking therapies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of art therapy interventions.
- Provide specialist assessments and interventions for children.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
- Offer consultation on art-based interventions.
- Evaluate outcomes of art psychotherapy interventions.
Requirements
- Qualified Art Psychotherapist with relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of child mental health issues.
