About the Role

22.5 hours per week across 3 days - £13.59 per hour / £15,900.30 per annum - Location: YMCA City Gateway, and other YMCA

locations across the Black Country and Staffordshire Borders

YMCA Black Country Group is seeking a passionate and visionary Lead Chaplain to help support young people and

communities across the Black Country. This is more than a job—it’s bringing light into places of challenge, and offering

spiritual and pastoral support to staff, residents and service users from all walks of life and from all faiths and

none. As Lead Chaplain, you will lead and grow a team of volunteer chaplains, develop creative and context-sensitive
