About the Role

We have embarked on a programme to implement a single Electronic Patient Record (EPR) as part of the NHS digital health

ongoing initiative across the Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative (NWAHC). The collaborative is made up of

three acute hospitals in Norfolk and Waveney;

· James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH)

· Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH)

· The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust (QEH)
