About the Role
Clinical Provision of specialist, high quality, expert nursing care and support for patients and their carers with a
diagnosis of breast cancer, being assessed, coordinated or cared for in liaison with the multi-disciplinary team. Work
within the colorectal Surgical Team providing specialist, high quality, expert nursing care and collaboratively with
multi-disciplinary team to ensure best practice and optimal outcomes for patients. Creates and utilises opportunities to
promote health and well-being of patients including advice for patients with a strong family history, genetic
probability of colorectal cancer. To perform an effective key role within the multi-disciplinary team to deliver cancer
