Link3 is looking for a (Lead) Early Years Educator to join our nursery group in DA8 Erith London! We’re looking for an

experienced and enthusiastic professional who will inspire and support our staff to deliver high-quality, inclusive

early years education and care. As a key leader in our setting, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing,

stimulating, and engaging environment where children can thrive. As the (Lead) Early Years Educator, you will: Lead and

inspire a team to provide creative, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning opportunities. Model best
