Lead Family Support Worker - Paediatric CEW Team | Barts Health NHS Trust

About the Role

This is an exciting leadership role in paediatric obesity for an experienced Family Support Worker. The post holder will

be the lead interface with community services, education, social services, housing and financial institutions across

East and South London. The post holder will also train and supervise a team of family support workers, youth workers and

health visitors across both Barts Health and Kings College Hospital. This post will include providing complex

socio-economic and culture and diversity data to NHS England as part of the CEW national project.
