About the Role

KCHFT are looking to recruit a Pharmacist who is looking for a development opportunity.

This role will enable acompetent 8a pharmacist to gain the necessary leadership and strategic skills to develop, within

a maximum of 18 months, into an 8b pharmacist, who can demonstrate leadership competencies against the NHS Leadership

model.

Wewill agree with the post holder a personalised development programme that addresses their specific development needs

to meet a competency assessment within a maximum of 18 months for the 8b role.
