Lead Healthcare Assistant (Ultrasound & Echocardiography)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities: Clinical Support Assist with CQC preparations Organise & oversee cover for sickness/annual

leave/rota gaps etc. Assist sonographers and clinicians during ultrasound and echocardiography procedures. Prepare

patients for diagnostic tests, ensuring comfort and dignity. Maintain high standards of infection control and

cleanliness in clinical areas. Perform basic patient observations and documentation. Technical & Equipment Oversight Act

as the first point of contact for scanner setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance. Liaise with service engineers

and vendors for equipment servicing and upgrades. Manage PACS uploads, image transfers, and ensure data integrity.
