Lead - Infection Prevention and Control

About the Role

Provide visible, effective leadership in IPC across CTMUHB. Ensure appropriate staffing, resource allocation, and

professional development within the IPC nursing team. Implement robust audit systems and conduct regular IPC audits.

Engage actively in developing and delivering IPC educational and training programs. Communicate complex IPC information

effectively to diverse audiences, including large groups and senior management. Act as deputy to the Head of Nursing for

IPC when required.
