About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and organised person to appoint as a ‘Lead Learning Assistant – Alternative

Curriculum’. The successful person will have an interest in hair and beauty and have a desire to pass on these skills to

small groups of students.

In this role you will deliver bespoke interventions as well as other identified alternative provisions ensuring the

needs of students are met. These alternative courses maximise the inclusion and learning of these students and promote

and encourage independence and life skills for the future. Students build up a portfolio of certificates to evidence
