JOB OVERVIEW
The Rosie Hospital is a tertiary unit providing care throughout the East of England. Part of our service offers a 10
bedded, state of the art midwifery led birthing unit where women and birthing people are supported and cared for by our
highly skilled and compassionate team of midwives and maternity support workers.
We are seeking a highly motivated and clinically skilful midwife to lead the Rosie Birth Centre. You will be expected to
lead by example developing your team to thrive and shine within their roles so they are empowered to provide excellent
