About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Lead Nurse to join a leading mental health hospital in South West London. This role involves providing expert clinical support, overseeing patient care, and leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality treatment for various mental health conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialist clinical knowledge to the nursing team.
- Oversee clinical and care needs of all service users.
- Conduct proactive clinical risk assessments and management.
- Review and challenge nursing practices constructively.
- Educate and develop Registered Nurses and HCAs.
- Provide clinical supervision and reflective practice sessions.
- Undertake competency assessments with nursing staff.
Requirements
- Qualified as an RMN or RNLD Nurse with active NMC Pin.
- At least 3 years’ experience in multidisciplinary teams.
- Confident clinical leader across organisational boundaries.
- Exceptional communication skills tailored to individuals.
- Adept at collaborating with diverse colleagues.

Compensation
The successful Lead Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £50,375 – £56,329 per annum. This is a permanent full-time role working 38.5 hours a week.
Location & Schedule
Based in South West London, this is a full-time position requiring 38.5 hours per week.
