About the Role

The post-holder will work closely with the Practice Manager, Clinical Lead GP and Head of Nursing as part of the senior
management team. They will provide leadership for the nursing team and wider practice staff.
The post-holder will share responsibility with the Clinical Lead GP for key decisions relating to funding, clinical
priorities and practice management, and will co-chair multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings.
