Lead Nurse - Enhanced Therapeutic Observations of Care

About the Role

Your role will be to be the clinical lead and expert for Enhanced Therapeutic Observations of Care (ETOC) for the

organisation. Your role will be key in ensuring that all enhanced care is provided therapeutically, to a high standard

and in accordance with Trust policies and best practice. The post holder will use excellent communication and risk

assessment skills to support clinical teams to understand the needs of patients, to develop person-centred care plans

and to monitor the effectiveness of interventions, to aid recovery and reduce length of stay. You will need to work
