Band 8a Lead Nurse for Guided Care Matrons

To work in collaboration with partner organisations providing strong operational nurse leadership to the Guided Care

Matrons and team members as part ofthe Care Connection Team (CCT) to ensure the delivery of high standards of patient

centred nursing care for the residents of Hillingdon.

An opportunity has arisento co-lead the Care Connection Teams (CCT) . Alongside one other lead, you will be responsible

for the leadership, management and development of the Guided Care Matrons and otehr members of staff within the Care
