About the Role

The post holder will take responsibility for the daily management and co-ordination of care and provide strong clinical

leadership to the Universal Primary Care nursing team. This includes being involved with shift planning, taking

appropriate action to adjust staffing levels and to prioritise the work load in accordance with patient need, service

demand and the availability of staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing policy and procedure and will need to be able to support

the nursing team to ensure care of the highest standard.
