About the Role
Support the development of others to maximise staff potential in the team. Identify the potential for service
developments, risk and deficits and inform practice manager making recommendations based on specialist knowledge
Undertake one-to-ones, appraisals, regular Practice Nurse and HCA meetings, clinical education, and other practice-wide
learning events and meetings. To provide routine nursing care to patients as required in accordance with clinical based
evidence, NICE and the NSF As the Clinical lead, you will have overall line management responsibility for the Practice
Nursing Team Play a key role in our clinical governance and overall practice management team. Act as a clinical leader
