About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Lead Nurse for the Tissue Viability Nurse Team (TVN) will be responsible for the professional leadership and

delivery of the TVN Service at a strategic and clinical level. The post holder will manage the TVN Team. The Post holder

will ensure the delivery of high quality TVN services to comply with all national and regional standards, legislation

and guidance. As a member of the Regional Inpatient Pressure Ulcer Prevention Group the post holder will ensure that

expert advice and support, pertaining to tissue viability is provided to multi-disciplinary and multi-agency colleagues.
