About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Urology CNS to take on the role of Lead Urology CNS to provide expert clinical care and

lead our Urology CNS team.

The post holder will be responsible for taking a lead role in supporting the Urology Consultants in delivering the

Urology services with a focus on the transformation of services within the newly built Urology Investigation Unit(UIU).

The role will also be instrumental in the delivery of the Faster Diagnostic Pathway for Urology patients, ensuring the

improvement of the overall patient experience and patient outcomes. The service will be responsive to challenging
