About the Role
The Lead Pharmacist for Aseptic Services provides specialised advice to the Aseptic Unit in line with current
professional standards; the Quality assurance of aseptic preparation services (QAAPS).
The post holder is the Accountable Pharmacist for all activities in the Pharmacy Aseptic Unit (PAU) and provides regular
assurance to the Chief Pharmacist on all aspects of the service provision within the PAU.
You will ensure that the PAU service provided is of high quality and safe. Ensure that the PAU service is responsive to
staff and patients and that the PAU team is motivated, supported and developing to its full potential.
