About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Senior Physiotherapist with specialist skills in assessment and

treatment of complex frailty patients and community rehabilitation patients. You will lead the Physiotherapy service

across Community based Intermediate Care services including Frailty Virtual Ward, Collaborative Care Team and Reablement

services in South East Essex. This post is an excellent opportunity for experienced band 6 Physios looking to develop

their management, leadership and service development skills. You will work as part of a large and established

multidisciplinary team including, nurses, occupational therapists, HCA's, rehabilitation assistants and Doctors.
