Lead Professional Nurse or Midwifery Advocate, Band 7
About the Role
The post holder will provide leadership to the Divisional Professional Advocates, developing a strategy and effective
communication to ensure the team are kept informed of current issues so that the A-EQUIP model is implemented. You will
provide support to implement quality improvement initiatives to improve the safety and quality of patient care and staff
experience leading to improved engagement and retention. Utilise expert knowledge and leadership qualities to support
the Heads of service lines in implementing and monitoring practice, ensuring that there are robust clinical governance
assurance systems in place. You will demonstrate a caring and compassionate leadership style to support the wider team
