About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Post holder will have responsibility for leading, developing and coordinating Public Health Nursing services to

deliver quality services in response to changing Health and Social care models of delivery and strategic changes and

working in partnership with Head of Service Public Health Nursing, Lead Nurse Colleagues, Named Nurse for Safeguarding

children and Family Nurse Supervisor. The post holder will provide clinical & professional management & leadership for

public health nursing integrated services to include the development of services for school age population and
