About the Role
Overall purpose of the role: To support the Home Manager in providing and maintaining high standards of health and
social care for the people living in the home. To work to maintain compliance across all areas of the home in all CQC
outcomes. Have overall responsibility for the clinical care delivered in the home as the Lead Registered Nurse and
positively role-model clinical excellence and person-centred care. To work in partnership with the Home Manager and
staff team in order to achieve positive outcomes across all areas of the home. To be the person in charge of the home
