About the Role

As a Lead Research Nurse, you will provide expert oversight and leadership for clinical research studies. You will implement the Trust's research strategy, ensuring studies are patient-centered and compliant with regulations. Your role includes mentoring staff, promoting digital innovation, and enhancing research engagement across the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical research studies across various specialties.
• Implement the Trust's research strategy and feasibility assessments.
• Provide guidance in study design and delivery.
• Manage workforce performance and compliance.
• Champion Patient, Public Involvement and Engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with clinical research experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in developing training plans.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
