Clinical Governance Compliance Maintain oversight of patient safety. Lead and manage incidents, clinical audits, and
risk assessments to ensure the SACT service meets internal standards and regulatory requirements. Team Leadership and
Workforce Development Lead, support and develop a high-performing SACT nursing team, promoting a strong team culture and
continuous professional development. Service innovation and Patient Experience. Collaborate with the central nursing
