About the Role

The Lead GP is a pivotal role in the practice, providing leadership support to the team, exemplifying the professional

approach required to deliver high quality services to patients and staff alike. This is a key role in establishing and

supporting a culture and vision within the service that reflected PICS vision for quality driven, supportive workforce

model providing the best care possible for patient whilst supporting the development and progress of its workforce. The

lead will be supported by the Executive Team within PICS whilst being self-directed and self-motivated. The ideal

candidate would have availability to commit to the following work pattern:
