About the Role
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Plan, deliver, and evaluate interactive, learner-centred training sessions to meet
leadership and management development needs within the Trust, following agreed frameworks and guidance. 2. Deliver
training in a variety of settings, including face to face and on-line, using contemporary facilitation and group
development skills, adapting learning to groups needs and requirements. 3. Work with colleagues to identify training
needs and recommend appropriate development opportunities for all Christie staff. 4. Contribute to the design of
training approaches that are inclusive and accessible to meet the needs of all stakeholders, including hard to reach
