About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Learning & Development Adviser to join our People & Development
team. In this role, you'll play a key part in embedding a learning culture across Business Stream, ensuring colleagues
have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify
development needs and design, coordinate, and implement effective learning interventions. Acting as a trusted adviser,
you'll guide managers and teams to achieve their goals while championing continuous improvement and innovation in
