About the Role
Learning & Development Owner To support the site in management of learning and development activities. To ensure
compliance with all internal procedures and the appropriate sections of the GSK Quality Management System This role will
provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. Ensure learning items and curricula are
defined, kept up to date and maintained through partnering with subject matter experts and the curriculum owners Work to
generate the site training plan. Schedule and arrange logistics for internal and external training courses. Prioritise
mandatory and expected compliance training. Manage the site learning systems and processes, including management of the
