About the Role
The post holder will be responsible for providing specialist dietetic assessments and interventions for the learning
disability services which include interpreting and communicating the science of nutrition into practical dietary advice,
promote nutritional wellbeing, treat disease and prevent nutritional related problems to support recovery of people with
a Learning Disability. The post holder will be expected to support their team, department and organisation to achieve
the Trust’s Values in their day-to-day work.
To be an integral part of the multidisciplinary teams, delivering intensive support to people and their families.
