About the Role

A Vacancy at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

As part of the Homerton Learning Disability and Autism Service, the post holder will be an enthusiastic advocate and

champion of the needs of learning disabled and autistic people. They will lead on specific projects and workstreams

focused on improving health and social outcomes for neurodivergent people (including those with learning disability

and/or autism) across City and Hackney. They will work alongside partners across City and Hackney to drive and implement

service change and transformation.
