About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will assist the Manager in the delivery of high quality short break in Woodlawn House and Hillview short
break units. The post holder will, assist in the day to day management of the service and will share the responsibility
for all aspects of nursing, clinical governance and management. The post holder will demonstrate a high level of skills,
knowledge, experience and competencies to provide leadership, supervision and support to all staff within the team.
