About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will be aligned to Redwood Children’s Learning Disability Home and will work as part of a wider
multi-disciplinary group across the Children’s Disability Service to provide flexible, timely, responsive residential
care to our service users, who are children and young people with learning disability and/or behavioural needs, who
require this type of support. These service users may engage in self-injurious behaviours and could have increased
levels of anxiety and impulsive dysregulated presentations that can be linked to their learning disability and / or
