About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and forward thinking Learning Disability Nurse to join our friendly and

family orientated Learning Disability Team in Salford.

The post holder will support the Team Leader, members of the Learning Disabilities Team in Coordinating in delivering a

Childrens Community Learning Disabilities Nursing Service in Salford. Encompassing responsibility for the Coordination,

management and delivery of expert clinical care (at home, school, clinics and groups) to children requiring learning

disabilities nursing support in the community. In addition, you will be expected to work flexibly in order to meet the
