About the Role
We require a dynamic, caring forward thinking person to provide individualised person-centered support to people who
have learning disabilities in our services.
You will work in partnership with individuals to enable them to take active control over their lives and make progress
toward their personal goals. You will work in an anti-discriminatory manner, ensuring that the rights and entitlements
