About the Role
The Learning Facilitator will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development
initiatives across the organisation, with a focus on improving service delivery, compliance, and staff capability in the
provision of community health care equipment. This includes training for operational staff, clinical advisors, customer
service teams, and delivery technicians.
Conduct training needs analyses across departments and develop targeted learning plans.
Design and deliver engaging training sessions (face-to-face, virtual, and e-learning) on topics such as equipment
