About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Learning Lead to design, deliver and evaluate leadership, management, and personal development

programmes across Provide Community.

You will lead the Provide Community Corporate Induction and champion development for all colleagues through coaching,

mentoring, and digital learning solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll ensure learning initiatives align

with organisational values and strategy, driving colleague growth and capability.
