About the Role

We are working in partnership with a supportive and inclusive primary school seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide 1:1 support for a child with severe Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).This role

is ideal for an experienced LSA or support worker who is confident working with complex needs and is committed to

helping children access learning in a safe, structured and nurturing environment.The Role: Providing consistent 1:1

support for a pupil with severe ASD Supporting emotional regulation, communication and sensory needs Implementing

strategies outlined in the child’s EHCP Supporting access to learning and inclusion within the classroom Assisting with
