About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Workers to join our team. The successful candidates will assist students with learning difficulties, promoting their academic and personal development.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group support to students.
- Implement personalised education plans with teachers.
- Regularly assess and document student progress.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment.
- Offer emotional and behavioural support to students.
- Collaborate with staff and professionals for effective strategies.
- Assist in organising extracurricular activities.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in education or special needs support.
- Experience with children with learning difficulties.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
- Patience, empathy, and passion for supporting learning.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
