About the Role
Some pupils don’t need louder instructions or stricter rules. They need the right adult next to them - someone calm,
consistent and able to keep them engaged when learning starts to feel overwhelming. SEN schools in Borehamwood are
looking for Learning Support Assistants who can bring that presence into the classroom. These schools support pupils
with Autism, ADHD and additional learning needs, where structure, patience and routine make a real difference. As a
Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and SEN staff helping pupils stay focused, confident and
involved in lessons. You may support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, helping them access learning, build communication
