Learning Support Assistants - Autism

About the Role

challenge? Rising Hope Education is seeking two passionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work 1:1 with pupils

with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a well-resourced, nurturing Tower Hamlets primary school. These full-time,

long-term roles offer a chance to make real, lasting impact, supported by a school team that truly champions inclusive

education. The Roles: 🔹 Role 1 - Year 3 (Verbal Pupil, Physical Disability): Support a bright and enthusiastic learner

with ASC and cerebral palsy. This pupil is verbal, accesses the curriculum fully, and thrives with clear communication
