a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Worker to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Swindon .
Role Overview: As a Learning Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting children with learning disabilities
to access education in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. Working closely with teachers and other
professionals, you'll provide 1:1 and small group support, helping students thrive both academically and emotionally.
