Learning Support Worker - Literacy

About the Role

Connah’s Quay High School is looking for a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Worker – Literacy to join our

team.In this rewarding role, you’ll support pupils’ literacy development through the Accelerated Reader programme and

help manage our school library. You'll work closely with staff to promote reading across the school, monitor pupil

progress, and create an engaging, accessible library space. You'll also play a broader role in supporting learning both

in and out of the classroom.
