About the Role
Hillcrest Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of a Level 1 Teaching Assistant to be
based within our Nursery. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy. The successful candidate will work
under the direct instruction of teaching/senior staff to support access to learning for pupils and provide general
support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
The ideal applicant will have:
• The ability to work constructively as part of a team.
