About the Role

The Level 2 Teaching Assistant will support classroom activities and assist teachers in delivering educational content. You will play a vital role in enhancing student learning and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons
• Support students with their learning needs
• Maintain a positive classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with students and staff
• Utilize technology to enhance learning

Requirements

• GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths
• Experience working with young people in a school setting
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities
