Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship

About the Role

The Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant Apprentice will work closely with children, motivating and stimulating their learning abilities while ensuring a safe and enriching environment.

Responsibilities

• Encourage children's learning through experience and play.
• Follow EYFS principles to provide enriching opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of care and safety for all children.
• Assist in planning activities indoors and outdoors.
• Observe and record each child's progress.

Requirements

• GCSE in English and Maths (grade 4).
• Strong communication and IT skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Initiative and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Compensation

The starting wage is £14,526.20 for the first year, with potential increases based on age and experience.

Location & Schedule

This position is based at Rothbury Gardens, Gateshead, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
