About the Role
As a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging, developmentally
appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework. You'll help create a warm and stimulating environment where
children feel safe, valued, and confident to explore and learn. Key Responsibilities: Support children's learning
through play, planned activities, and small group work. Contribute to planning, observation, and assessment of
children's progress. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Promote independence,
curiosity, and confidence in all learners. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Follow
