LEVEL 3 NURSERY PRACTITIONER

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our early years team in South East London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support young children's learning and development in a nurturing, play-based environment, ensuring they thrive and feel valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.
• Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
• Uphold safeguarding and health & safety policies.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
• Experience in an early years or nursery setting.
• Warm, caring personality with a passion for child development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding and EYFS requirements.
