dedicated Level 3 Qualified Room Leader to become part of a skilled team that provides a safe, supportive, and nurturing
environment for both children and staff to thrive. Requirements Recent experience working with children aged 6 weeks to
5 years Level 3 qualified in Childcare Good knowledge of child development, with experience completing observations and
records Understanding of health and safety requirements in childcare environments Strong communication skills with
children and adults SEN experience Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and educational
